  1. Shoot as usual

    Any camera, several photographers: one subfolder per card or per photographer, and everything groups by rider.

  2. Upload from the track

    A 4G connection is enough: our software for Windows, macOS and Linux is built for working on the move and keeps the amount of data transferred to a minimum.

  3. Approve the AI’s groupings

    In a few clicks, front, side and rear shots are grouped for each vehicle. You name each selection however you like.

  4. File your originals

    One folder per vehicle: your originals are moved or copied, never modified, ready for Lightroom, Capture One or Photo Mechanic.

  5. Edit and deliver

    Carry on working as before, with several hours in hand: take more time to edit your photos, deliver sooner, or simply enjoy your day!

Live gallery

During the trackday, participants find all their photos in a few seconds.

TrackSorter gives you an online gallery, sorted automatically as you upload. While you keep shooting, each participant only needs to find one of their photos to see all the others, from every session. Nothing to install for your riders.

  • QR code at your stand, WhatsApp link or tablet. The gallery opens on the rider’s phone from your very first upload.
  • Your visitors’ contact details. By default the gallery asks for an email before showing the photos, so you collect your visitors’ contacts (you can switch this off, e.g. for a QR code at the track).
  • The sale stays yours. The gallery links to your own online shop, no commission.
  • Watermarked photos with your name or logo. Your originals stay on your computer.

Pay for what you upload. Only the images you send are counted: about 1.1 credits per photo, so a typical day of 3,000 photos uses about 3,300 credits (about €33 in credit packs).

Prices exclude VAT and are paid in euros. Outside the EU: no VAT, the price shown is the price you pay. More than 10,000 photos/h: on request. You are charged in euros. How it’s calculated

Premium yearly: €540 a year, 60,000 credits included. Your 90,000 photos use about 99,900 credits: 39,900 more are needed. Cheapest way to cover them: 1 Big pack + 1 Medium pack (€340). Total €880 ÷ 90,000 photos = €9.78 per 1,000 photos.

What people ask before trying.

Cars and bikes, really both?

Yes, cars and bikes, every kind of track event. Bikes are sorted by rider, front, side or rear. Cars by vehicle, with the license plate helping when it is readable.

Do I need a powerful computer?

No. No graphics card: 8 GB of memory is enough, 16 GB recommended. Windows 10 or 11, macOS 12 or later (Apple M1 and newer), Linux. You need internet: about 1 GB for 3,000 photos, and 4G is enough.

What happens to my photos?

Your originals are never sent to us: only lightweight previews are uploaded for analysis. On your computer, TrackSorter then moves or copies the originals into one folder per vehicle, without ever modifying them. The service is hosted in France.

How long does it take to sort a trackday?

Analysis speed depends on your plan: up to 300 photos an hour on Free, 1,000 on Standard, 5,000 on Premium and 10,000 on Agency. Upload your photos throughout the day to save time: the analysis moves on while you shoot, and all that is left afterwards is to approve the groups.

RAW and video?

RAW files are supported from the Premium plan up. Videos are sorted with the photos of the same vehicle.

I pay from outside France. How does it work?

Prices are in euros. Outside the EU there is no VAT: the price shown is the amount you pay. Every purchase comes with a PDF invoice, and nothing renews without you.

What about energy use?

Sorting photos with TrackSorter uses about 5 times less electricity than sorting them by hand, checking included: for a typical day of 3,000 photos, 8 hours on a workstation against the analysis plus at most 1 hour of checking. Our servers are in France and air-cooled, with no water used on site.
