  3. Step 3The most important step

    Select your photos folder

Select the folder with photos to sort and set the event type in the application.

    Good news
    • Works with all your files: JPEG, RAW, PNG, etc.
    • No need to convert your RAW files (from the Premium plan up).
    • Videos are sorted along with your photos (from the Premium plan up).
Sessions and run groups are handled natively, and you can enter an entry list (riders or vehicles) for even more accurate grouping. See our best practices.

  4. Step 4

    Let the magic happen

Click "Analyze", our AI does the work.

    Meanwhile, you can:

    • Grab a coffee
    • Answer your emails
    • Continue working on something else
Mobility: Low data consumption, usable on the go with public wifi or smartphone connection.

  5. Step 5

Sort by groups (this is where you save time)

Go to the website to sort your photos: plan on a few dozen minutes of checking for a typical day.

This is where you save hours

Instead of looking at each photo one by one, you work with entire groups. With one click, you sort 50 photos at once.

    Remote and collaborative work

Delegate sorting: with the Agency plan, an assistant sorts from their own account, from anywhere, while you keep shooting at the track.

Agency Plan: Multiple people can sort the same event simultaneously to go even faster.

  6. Step 6

    Apply sorting on your computer

Go back to your computer and apply the sorting to your originals.

Tip: Choose to copy or move your original files.

Result: on your computer, you'll find folders like:

    • Ferrari 488 GT3 - Red
    • Porsche 911 GT3 R - #42
    • BMW M4 GT3 - Blue
  7. Step 7Done

    Done

Your photos are perfectly organized. Continue your workflow as usual, with a day ahead.

Your photos are sorted, ready to be edited in your usual software.

Sell more: share a visitor gallery with your clients, live during the event or with your validated sort. It is included in every plan, with watermarked photos and a link to your own payment page. Your participants see all their photos at a glance.

How credits work

How it works:

  • For each vehicle detection, one credit is deducted
  • Depending on the settings chosen in the application, one or more vehicles can be detected per photo
  • Only the images you upload are counted: about 3,300 credits for a typical 3,000-photo day

Default consumption:

  • 1 photo ≈ 1.1 credits on average
  • 1 video = 4 credits

You can see your credit balance anytime in your account. Credits don't expire.

Quick questions

No problem. TrackSorter only uploads lightweight thumbnails (about 1 GB for 3,000 photos): a 4G mobile connection is enough, and you can upload in several batches. You can also wait until you are home or at the hotel to start the analysis. An internet connection is still required: there is no offline mode.

No, never. Your original photos always stay on your computer. TrackSorter simply moves them into organized folders but never deletes them. If in doubt, you can choose to copy photos instead of moving them.

Absolutely. TrackSorter was designed for photographers, not computer experts. If you know how to browse the internet and double-click a file, you'll know how to use TrackSorter. And if you have any questions, our support team is here to help you.
