Sell more photos at your events

The best moment to sell a photo is while the participant is still holding their helmet. Every hour between the sessions and the delivery lets the excitement fade — and the sales with it. Here are three concrete scenarios, made possible by automatic sorting and client galleries, to sell during and just after the event rather than three days later.

The problem: time kills sales

A participant who sees their photos the same evening shows them to friends, posts them, and buys on the spot. That same participant receiving them the following Thursday is back at work, the buzz is gone, and buying becomes a « maybe some day ». Delivery speed is not a comfort: it is your first revenue lever.

The bottleneck is the sorting: you cannot sell one participant's photos until they are separated from the thousands of others. Our AI model is trained to group the images of one vehicle among thousands of images containing dozens of other vehicles: that bottleneck disappears — and three selling scenarios open up.

Scenario 1 — During the sessions: the walk-up gallery

Set up one or two tablets, or a laptop, at your stand or in the paddock, showing the full event gallery. Images land there throughout the day, sorted automatically by our algorithm: each participant finds their vehicle and scrolls through their laps between two sessions.

This is passive selling: the gallery draws people to your stand, everyone looks themselves up (and finds themselves) quickly, in a few clicks, and the photos create desire at the exact moment the thrill of the session is strongest. You keep shooting in the meantime — the gallery updates itself and automatically filters each participant's photos.

Scenario 2 — In competition: one rider's photos for their team

In racing, it is not only the riders who buy: it is the teams and their communication people, who need the images in real time for social media, sponsors and press — not tomorrow.

Share a link that gives access to a single rider's photos. All you have to do is upload your images into the software: the team gets a notification every time photos of their rider are added to the live gallery. They browse as it happens, pick their favorites and order them live through your payment link — with no sorting on your side, no folders to prepare, no rider-by-rider file transfers. You shoot, they choose.

Scenario 3 — After the event: a storefront for your validated sorting

Once your sorting is validated — the same evening — publish a gallery with the photos exactly as you filed them. Each participant browses their own photos and buys them the way they would on any online store: they browse, they select, they order.

One important point: the purchase does not happen on TrackSorter. The gallery points to your own payment link — your shop, your usual sales platform or a simple payment page. You keep your sales channel, your prices and your customer relationship; the gallery takes care of showing the photos and bringing the buyer to the checkout. An integrated payment solution is also in development.

The gallery works for you

Protected photos

Gallery images are watermarked: your customers can look and share the desire, not walk away with the files.

A gallery under your name

Studio name, logo, welcome text, custom watermark: the gallery is fully customizable under your own name with the paid plans.

You know who is looking

Visitors leave their email to access the gallery: you get a list of qualified contacts, along with visit and checkout-click statistics.

One link to share

A QR code at your stand, a link in the organizer's WhatsApp group or on your page: the gallery is shared in seconds.

The math is simple

A typical event means around 8 hours of manual sorting. With automatic sorting, the same event is validated in about one hour — for a cost of around 30 EUR per event (see the pricing calculator). That is 8 hours given back to shooting or to your life, and above all photos on sale the same evening instead of the following Thursday: sorting is probably the best return on investment in your business.
