What is TrackSorter?

Our software automatically organizes your photos by vehicle and saves you incredible time.

TrackSorter was created by a French agency specializing in motorsports to meet its own needs in terms of volume and responsiveness. With this solution, the agency now covers dozens of events every month and delivers all photos sorted and processed by the next day.

With over a decade of experience in sorting software, the AI technology is now mature enough to offer you a functional, nearly automatic product that meets your real needs in the field. This is not an amateur project: it's a professional tool forged by years of intensive use at racetracks.

Getting Started

TrackSorter is an assistant that automatically sorts your motorsports photos. You show it a folder full of photos, and it organizes them by car, racing number, or driver. No more hours spent sorting photo by photo!

The process is very simple:
1. Select a folder of photos
2. Validate the automatic groupings proposed
3. Apply the sorting to your originals

No complex configuration, no technical settings. Our software was designed to be used by photographers, not IT specialists. If you have any questions, our team is here to help.

No, never! Your original photos always stay on your computer. TrackSorter only sends lightweight thumbnails (small versions of your photos) for analysis. Your original RAW or JPEG files don't move until you've decided how to sort them.

Yes! TrackSorter works directly with your RAW files (Canon CR2/CR3, Nikon NEF, Sony ARW, etc.). No need to convert them to JPEG first. It also works with JPEG and PNG files.

Yes! Our software also analyzes videos. They are broken down into multiple frames to detect the vehicles present. By default, a video uses 4 credits.

Expect about 1 to 2 hours to sort 5000 photos. Manually sorting those same photos would easily take an entire day. You save considerable time!

Credits and Subscriptions

For each vehicle detection, one credit is deducted. Depending on the settings chosen in the application, one or more vehicles can be detected per photo. Videos are broken down into multiple frames for analysis.

Default consumption:
• 1 photo = 1 credit
• 1 video = 4 credits

You can see your credit balance at any time in your subscription page.

No! Your credits remain available as long as you don't use them. Even if your subscription expires, your credits are kept. You can use them whenever you want.

When you create your account, you receive 3000 free credits to try the service. That's enough to sort about 3000 photos, perfect for testing on a real race!

Each subscription offers different features, faster analysis speed, and more credits:

Free: 3000 credits given once at signup to discover the service
Standard: For occasional photographers, monthly credits and basic features
Premium: For regular photographers, priority analysis and more credits
Agency: For teams, with up to 5 photographer accounts and ultra-fast analysis

You can upgrade to a higher subscription at any time! The change is immediate and your remaining days are carried over.

Note: Downgrading to a lower subscription is not possible. If you don't want to renew, your account simply returns to the free version at the end of the period, and you keep your credits.

Good news: annual subscriptions are more affordable! By taking a yearly subscription, you get 3 months free. It's like paying for 9 months instead of 12.

Referral Program

It's simple: you recommend TrackSorter to a fellow photographer. When they sign up and take a paid subscription, you both receive free credits as a gift! It's a win-win.

It's very easy:

1. Log in to your TrackSorter account
2. Go to the "Referral" section in your dashboard
3. You'll find your personal referral code (or a link to share)
4. Send this code or link to your photographer colleagues

When they sign up and get a subscription, credits are automatically added to both accounts!

The credits offered correspond to the value of the subscription chosen by your referral. For example, if your referral gets a Standard subscription, you both receive the equivalent of one month of Standard credits.

Yes, to prevent abuse, you can refer up to 20 people per year. This counter resets on January 1st. That's plenty to recommend the service to all your colleagues!

Your referral can enter your code (or your email) when paying for their first subscription. There's a field for it on the payment page. You can also send them your referral link directly, so the code will be pre-filled.

Yes! You receive an email as soon as your referral finalizes their subscription. You'll also see the credits appear in your account history.

Promo Codes and Discounts

Promo codes are entered in your Subscription page. You'll find a dedicated field to enter your code. Click "Apply" and if the code is valid, the benefits will be displayed immediately.

Simply enter the code on the payment page. The system will immediately tell you if it's valid or not, and show you the applicable discount. Codes sometimes have an expiration date or maximum number of uses.

Yes, you can combine both! The referral code is limited to 1 per account (usable on your first purchase). However, promo codes have no limit: you can use multiple ones over time, depending on availability.

Promo codes can offer you different benefits:

- Free subscription months
- Bonus credits
- Or sometimes both at once!

The exact details depend on each code.

We share promo codes on occasions like:

- Photography shows and motorsports events
- On our social media
- In our newsletter
- Through our partners (photo training, magazines, etc.)

Billing and Payment

You can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard). Payment is secure and your banking details are never stored on our servers.

Yes, of course! After each payment, you automatically receive a PDF invoice by email. You can also find all your invoices in your client area, under "History".

Absolutely! Our invoices contain all mandatory legal mentions: invoice number, your company details, service description, net amount, VAT, and total. They fully comply with French and European accounting requirements.

You pay French VAT at the standard rate of 20%. This VAT is detailed on your invoice and is recoverable if you are VAT registered.

If you have a valid intra-community VAT number, VAT will not be charged (reverse charge). Simply enter your VAT number in your profile, we verify it automatically. Your invoice will mention that VAT is reverse-charged.

No, if you're based outside the European Union, you don't pay French VAT. The invoice will be issued tax-free with the appropriate legal notice.

Before paying, make sure your information is up to date in your profile (name, address, VAT number if applicable). This information will be used to generate your invoices. If you need to modify an already issued invoice, contact us.

No, there is no automatic renewal. When your subscription is about to expire, you receive an email reminder. You decide whether to renew or not. If you don't renew, your account simply returns to the free version.

Practical Questions

Yes, TrackSorter works on Windows (Windows 10 and later) and Mac (macOS 10.15 and later). The application is available in your workspace.

Not necessarily! TrackSorter only sends very lightweight thumbnails (about 1 GB for 5000 photos). It works even with a 4G mobile connection. You can even start the analysis from the track using your phone as a hotspot.

No. Your original photos stay on your computer. We only store thumbnails and analysis results during your sorting session. You maintain full control over your photos.

Yes, you can install TrackSorter on multiple computers and log in with the same account. Note: only one session can be active at a time for security reasons.

Our solution is infinitely scalable. If you have high volume needs, contact us to define a personalized plan suited to your activity.

Yes! Our system limits the number of requests per account to guarantee everyone gets their analyses on time. If you have specific analysis speed requirements, contact us.
